We are not jack-of-all-trades generalists. We do not do slip and fall cases, elevator accidents, step ladders, etc. Our practice is very narrowly restricted to accidents involving airbags, motor vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles, vehicle/pedestrian collisions, watercraft, and vehicle fire reconstruction.

General Motors our senior analyst Sal Fariello was the only expert consultant in the case and he was instrumental in bringing about a settlement in excess of $17,000,000. Mr. Fariello was retained as a motor vehicle forensic expert to help analyze the remains of the Ford van used in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing case.
